Self-esteem

From Crisis to Empowerment: Self-esteem

We are in good company with ourselves. Karl Lagerfeld already knew that. Being alone is a way to get closer to ourselves, in a loving contact, deepening the friendship with ourselves. At this stage, we look at our strengths in the here and now, with a resource-oriented view. Because, the way we are, we are enough.

Our questions:

  • How am I dealing with myself in the current situation? What value do I give myself?
  • Which ideas and stories (of the past) no longer suit me?
  • What are my likeable strengths?
  • What is the difference between self-optimization and self-acceptance?

You can experience this content in two ways:
In an exchange with other people in a group context.
Or alone in a personal conversation with Kirsten Schrick.
