From Crisis to Empowerment: Attentiveness
Jon Kabat-Zinn said: “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” In this way, we use the power and energy of life for ourselves and our development. This can work when we are completely present and perceptive and act as objective observers, not immediately evaluating or judging things. Then we become grateful for what is, right now. With increasing attentiveness, we also notice our patterns and autopilots and can change them.
Content on the way towards attentiveness:
- How is attentiveness different from attention?
- How do we track down our patterns and autopilots?
- What would practicing gratitude look like?
- What rituals of attentiveness can we incorporate in our lives?
You can experience this content in two ways:
In an exchange with other people in a group context.
Or alone in a personal conversation with Kirsten Schrick.
